IT Visionary

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Information Technology function. The Director of IT will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group's technological landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless business operations.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize IT infrastructure, enhance digital capabilities, and mitigate risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Big Data platforms.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin (an asset).
