Job Title: Master Hairstylist, Hairdressing Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Hairstylist to join our team at BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD. As a Master Hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hairdressing services to our clients, while also mentoring and educating our junior stylists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced hairdressing skills, including colouring, barbering, colour correction, balayage, precision cutting, and hair extensions.
  • Work closely with our partner brands to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Nurture and develop the skills of our junior stylists, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's stylist education plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a fully qualified Hairstylist, with a Level 3 Educational Assessor's Certificate.
  • Previous experience of teaching Hairdressing is essential.
  • A strong portfolio of recent work is required.
