About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content for our websites and social media pages.

You will work closely with our marketing department to develop content strategies that align with our short-term and long-term marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies that cater to our customers' needs and interests
  • Collaborate with our product marketing team and demand gen team to design product messages, taglines, and promotional materials
  • Write and review clear, impactful content for enabling sales and nurturing prospects through the acquisition funnel
  • Own content marketing strategy and production for key products
  • Research and target SEO-oriented keywords to increase organic site traffic and engaging viewership
  • Measure and improve KPIs pertaining to website traffic and campaign performance
  • Ensure that the content is consistent, aligned with our brand, and compliant with existing regulations
  • Update our website, social media, and content pages periodically
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator who has:

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Mandarin fluency is an advantage
  • Prior experience in B2B content creation, especially in SaaS tech solutions, will be an advantage
  • The ability to blend creativity into our content guidelines
  • Proven experience and portfolio of content
  • Familiarity with digital publishing and generating traffic for new businesses
