Job Title: Receptionist (CCHM)

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our General Office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception counter and ensure a smooth flow of visitors and phone calls.
  • Distribute and collect documents, including surveys, identification documents, and application forms.
  • Book bus transport for staff and reconcile invoices.
  • Provide basic first aid to students and update student contact information in our system.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Requirements:
  • Preferably GCE O/N Level with credit in English or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid first aid certification is an advantage.
Working Hours:

Four days a week: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.

One day a week: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.

Contract Period:

From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
