About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tourism Services Lecturer to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a Lecturer, you will play a critical role in recognizing and nurturing your students' potential and their lifelong learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and facilitate learning in Tourism Services, including Customer Service & Relationship Management, Destination Geography, Reservation & Ticketing, Tour Planning & Operations, Attractions Operations, Clubs and Resorts Services, Data Analytics, New Media Marketing, and Market & Artificial Intelligence.
  • Carry out industry or consultancy projects to remain relevant in your profession and adapt to evolving changes in the industry.
  • Maintain strong linkages with industry and schools through regular industry attachments or experiences.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, Tourism or Hospitality Analytics, Leisure & Resort Management, Online Travel Agency or ticketing systems, Tourism Digital Transformation, Business Administration, Behavioural Insights, Experiential Marketing, MICE, Business or Market Intelligence, Social Media Strategy, and/or Technology related areas.
  • Ability to teach in at least 2 or more of the following areas: Customer Service & Relationship Management, Destination Geography, Reservation & Ticketing, Tour Planning & Operations, Attractions Operations, Clubs and Resorts Services, Data Analytics, New Media Marketing, and Market & Artificial Intelligence.
  • Candidates with relevant training and good presentation skills are preferred.
