Health Insurance Product Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and launch of new health insurance products.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to design and deliver new health insurance products based on market research and business goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with IT and developers to ensure that system builds align with requirements and timelines.
- Track progress of requirement delivery and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare sector. You will be proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experienced with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
