Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Test Equipment Specialist to join our team at Micron. This role is responsible for performing electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for dismantling, adjusting, repairing and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings. They will use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and may perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with test equipment.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to specifications.
  • Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and verify functionality.
  • May perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience in Test/Product Engineering is preferred.
  • Conscientious work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting software or hardware malfunctions.
  • Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Location: 990 Bendemeer Road, Singapore.

Estimated Salary Range: SGD $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
