About the Role

The Supply Chain Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business by optimizing our retail landscape and improving on-shelf availability. This individual will work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to predict product demand and ensure timely availability of products.
  • Promotion Uplifts and Trend Management: Effectively build promotion uplifts and manage trend and seasonality with respect to our DFI Banner stores.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial, category, and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products and maintain strong relationships with supply partners.
  • Inventory Management: Create and manage supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner, monitor inventory levels, and adjust replenishment orders as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to guide decision-making.
  • Inventory Management Strategies: Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts and monitor and report on key performance indicators.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team at Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Data Query/Analytics.
  • Personal Qualities: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
