Job Description:

Serve as a primary technical resource for clients, guiding them through the deployment, configuration, and optimization of endpoint security solutions. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain a wide range of endpoint security tools, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
  • Proactively monitor client environments for security threats and vulnerabilities, and lead incident response efforts when necessary.
  • Develop and implement security policies and best practices to harden endpoint security postures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex client issues related to endpoint security solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with the deployment and administration of leading endpoint security platforms.
