Startup Venture Development Manager

We are looking for a Startup Venture Development Manager to join our team at Wright Partners. As a key member of our venture-building firm, you will play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.
As a Venture Architect, you will be responsible for developing and scaling up start-ups from inception to commercial launch. You will work collaboratively with our team to understand customer problems and structure ambiguous challenges. Your analysis of market value chains, cost structures, and profit pools will inform the development of business models that deliver outsized value to customers.
You will create and deliver go-to-market plans, establish trust-based relationships with business partners, and support the development of ventures in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and scale-up of start-ups from inception to commercial launch
- Analyze market value chains, cost structures, and profit pools
- Develop business models that deliver outsized value to customers
- Create and deliver go-to-market plans
- Establish trust-based relationships with business partners
- Min. 2-4 years of work experience as a business analyst, project manager, or consultant
- Prior experience in a management/graduate trainee program is a plus
- Experienced in doing commercial strategy, market sizing, GTM, financial modeling, and monetization
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
