Job Title: Senior Construction Manager - Leadership and Project Execution.

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Management professional to lead our project execution team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage construction schedules, brief vendors on timelines, and coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
2. Site Management: Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure work quality and timely completion, conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, and enforce adherence to WSH Act, ID21 safety protocols, building codes, and building management regulations.
3. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit site-related reports, including pre-construction surveys, weekly progress updates, and meeting minutes, ensure proper documentation of defects, quality checks, and closure processes, and prepare OMM manuals, as-built drawings, and reports for client handover.

Requirements:
• Min 8 to 10 years of Construction experience handling interior fit-out projects
• Degree / Diploma in Building Construction
• Must have experience using Microsoft Projects and doing Project scheduling
• It would be advantageous if you have experience leading a team
