We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist, Cardiac Laboratory to join our team at the National Heart Centre of Singapore PTE LTD. As a key member of our cardiac laboratory team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients at various service points within the cardiac laboratory, including attending to their enquiries and providing wayfinding to their next service station.
• Retrieve and dispatch documents to relevant departments, and manage linen inventory to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide basic vital measurements, such as height, weight, and blood pressure, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• At least a primary school education and a good team player with a pleasant disposition.
• Documented proof of measles and diphtheria vaccination, as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
