Requirements

To be successful as a Software Engineering Leader, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including strong expertise in React.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or project management within software development projects.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with TDD and testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or PACT.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
