Technical Delivery Specialist

The role of a Technical Delivery Specialist is to design and implement IT systems in projects.

To be successful, one needs a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Specialist in IT systems delivery projects is also required.

In addition to the technical skills listed below, you will have knowledge and experience in J2EE-based solution & development for WebSphere/Weblogic Application Servers and Oracle/MSSQL Database Servers.

Familiarity with .NET based application development, including thick client C# application development, is also necessary.

Understanding event-based architecture and microservices is advantageous.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools is essential.

This position involves conducting technical assessments, analyzing system architectures, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail are required.

You should also have a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies.

Relevant certifications such as Agile SCRUM Master/Product Owner are advantageous.

Domain expertise includes National ID Cards, E-Passports, Biometrics, Smart Cards, Immigration Clearance Gates.

The ability to work on enterprise-level projects with complex business processes and integrated systems is expected.
