Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the maintenance of our plant equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing maintenance procedures, programs, and projects to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Design and install new equipment and modifications to existing equipment to improve efficiency and productivity
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production staff to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and schedules to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
