Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Installation Inspector to join our team at MCPEC MARINE AND OFFSHORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of structural installations and ensuring compliance with approved standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction site quality requirements and ensure all activities are completed to the satisfaction of the Quality Planner.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements and that all works are carried out according to approved drawings.
• Assist the Project Manager in structural erection works, resolve site quality issues, and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Develop project quality plans and inspection checklists, and ensure that all site documentation is well managed.
• Ensure that all site safety, WSH, and NEA requirements are strictly adhered to.

Requirements

• ITE Trade Cert or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• QA/QC, Welding or NDT certification.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in full-time site supervision, with knowledge in construction/erection of steel structures, workshops, or warehouses.
• Familiarity with local authority's regulations, including BCA, MOM, WSH, Lifting, and NEA requirements.
• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft applications.
