We are seeking an Undergraduate Field Experience Coordinator to join our team in the ASE Field, Lab and Safety Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing undergraduate teaching field courses operations, ensuring successful execution and coordination of field experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate introductory and advanced field courses in Geosciences, Ecology, and Human Societies, ensuring successful implementation and coordination of undergraduate field experiences.
  • Develop safety plans, including drafting risk assessments and procedures for local and overseas field courses.
  • Coordinate logistics and procure equipment for undergraduate field courses, including meals, accommodation, permits, and transportation.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures for field operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in planning and coordinating field courses or related educational/research programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing logistics and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and risk assessment procedures for fieldwork, particularly international settings.
  • Experience in budget management and expenditure control.
