About the Role

This senior position focuses on Change Transformation audit, encompassing complex audits and engagement with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and report internal audit engagements to deliver assurance objectives within established timelines and standards.
  • Maintain awareness of the Group's business strategy, model, and transformation priorities.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business teams to facilitate integrated audit work.
  • Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to diagnose underlying issues, patterns, and root causes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in audit, preferably in Banking and Financial services.
  • Change Management certifications (e.g. Project Management Planning, Agile Practitioner).
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and objectively analyze information.
  • Professional Audit Certification (CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP etc) and experience in executing a risk-based Audit Methodology.
