Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the APAC accounting and finance team to achieve business objectives, ensuring promptness, technical skill, and precision in reporting and operational functions.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and payment processes within the accounting and finance departments.
  • Analyze financial data for funds, including monthly and quarterly property-level reports and quarterly fund-level summaries.
  • Advise the team on strategies to improve working capital, liquidity, and cash flow.
  • Support the accounting and operational components of acquisition and disposition activities.
  • Manage year-end reporting and compliance requirements, including statutory audits.
  • Assist with accounting and operational duties for new product launches.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of real estate fund accounting experience.
