Production Operator Job

We are looking for a skilled Production Operator to oversee the assembly of LEL sensors with precision and attention to detail. In this role, you will follow detailed work instructions, perform tasks such as welding and epoxy application, and maintain production records.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical disciplines are preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant ITE certifications and strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of production or assembly experience, particularly in electronics, sensor assembly, or similar precision-based manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks independently according to Work Instructions (WI) and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily production targets and output goals.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as production completion rate, first-pass yield, and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (speaking/writing proficiency)
  • Proven experience in PCBA soldering
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hands-on skills for detailed work
