Job Description:
As an ID Administrator at UARROW PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage user IDs, including creating, deleting, resetting, and suspending them as per approved change requests. This requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user IDs, including creation, deletion, reset, and suspension
• Comply with instituted workplace securities at customers' premises
• Provide accurate and timely reporting daily
• Review and update ID admin documentations where required
• Participate in IT audit by providing information and documentation in a timely manner
• Perform level 1 support & troubleshooting for ID related problems
• Perform tasks assigned by line manager and be always contactable
• Issue pin mailers and answer phone/email enquiries from institution users
• Perform labelling, ID revalidation, and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
• Perform Privilege Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
• Perform timely escalation to respective support team where necessary
