The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction management and possess a degree in Civil & Engineering or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, cost control, documentation, and management of a team of engineers and construction managers.

This role offers a competitive salary package of $8,000 - $12,000 + bonus, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out project planning, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely delivery and low wastage.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
  • Participate in contract review and tender clarification meetings to evaluate company capabilities.
  • Evaluate compliance with government regulations and standards, including safety inspections and equipment testing.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure quality control.
  • Manage project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.
  • Plan and control project costs effectively.
  • Lead and manage a group of engineers and construction managers.
  • Coordinate work progress of large and complex projects.
  • Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers, etc.
  • Provide timely project progress reporting to management.
  • Attend project execution meetings and apply for required consent/permits from relevant statutory boards.
  • Detect project problems and execute corrective measures.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

At least 8 years of working experience as Construction Manager or Project Manager.Registration as an engineer under BCA Singapore.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.Experience in civil works, dredging, revetment, pier, and wharf construction is highly preferred.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
