As a Business Management Strategy Analyst in the COO Asia team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Bank's growth strategy by providing reliable, scalable, and efficient services to BJB Singapore and Hong Kong Branches.
You will work closely with various stakeholders in designing and implementing initiatives, policies, and regulatory requirements initiated by the COO office or impacting the COO functions. This includes tracking account opening pipelines, providing data-driven insights, and identifying process improvement opportunities for the account opening process.
About the Role- Run-the-Bank:
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives and policies that align with the Bank's growth strategy.
- Track account opening pipelines and provide data-driven insights to identify process improvements.
- Change-the-Bank:
- Execute projects that implement regional strategic change projects with the business.
- Review and redesign COO processes to improve their effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
- COO Asia Management Support:
- Support the planning and execution of the COO Asia strategy by providing data-driven analytics and insights.
- Prepare management cockpits to track delivery of COO Asia services for global, regional, and local management committees.
- Prepare presentations and in-depth analysis for management meetings.
- Regulatory Responsibilities & Risk Management:
- Demonstrate values and behaviours aligned with the Bank's standards, including honesty, integrity, due care, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent, with up to 5 years of working experience in private banking/wealth management, in-house, or external consulting.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel proficiency.
- Ability to conduct analysis using Python, Tableau, and/or PowerBI preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
