MOBILEUM PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Integration Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for project-related issues, providing timely resolutions and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, leveraging the company's breadth and depth of expertise.
  • Provide overall project leadership, directing project teams to deliver high-quality products within committed timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintain complete understanding of project estimates and scope, ensuring teams deliver within established boundaries.
  • Communicate project status to customers, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.
  • Baseline and track project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and critical path items.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve pre-requisites, track project progress, and address change requests.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve project execution issues.
Requirements
  • PMP or Prince 2 Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, including estimating, scope management, budget management, time management, risk management, change management, issue/conflict resolution, communication management, quality management, testing plans, training plans, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of systems integration, systems development life cycle methodologies, quality assurance and testing, requirements gathering, and systems analysis and design.
  • Experience in handling solution, integration, and testing discussions.
  • Familiarity with system interfaces and commissioning activities.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project or equivalent.
  • Sound documentation and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
  • 10+ years of experience in project delivery, managing large or complex data integration projects as a Project Manager, Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Lead Business Analyst.
  • A strong history and track record of completing quality projects on time, as well as a proven track record coaching and mentoring others to success.
  • Self-sufficiency in problem-solving and knowledge acquisition from resources throughout the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and attitude for problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Time management and ability to handle pressure while providing timely delivery.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management.
  • B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech., or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering/MCA.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
