  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Efficiently key in orders into our Point-of-Sale system, maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guests' orders, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe, adhering to our strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Develop strong communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and management to achieve our goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including day and night shifts, up to 2am.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, demonstrating stability and reliability.
