Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a high-frequency trading platform using advanced techniques to minimize latency
  • Analyze system throughput and latency performance and build performance-tracking tools
  • Optimize the platform using network and systems programming
  • Shape the future of the Core Engineering team through regular interviewing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
  • Brilliant problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of Python and Shell scripts
  • Experience in statistical analysis of performance and other datasets (a plus)
  • Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus)
