Job Description

As an ABA Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services. This involves supervising and mentoring ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans. You will also be responsible for delivering and overseeing 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed, monitoring program implementation, and updating treatment plans to ensure timely progress reports.

In addition, you will provide verbal and written feedback to parents and caregivers per departmental guidelines, guide the team through the probing process, behavior difficulties, and program adjustments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is also essential in supporting integrated care.

You will lead and contribute to ABA team trainings, meetings, and clinical workshops, support material development, and ensure therapy environments are organized and resourced.
