Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cost and Procurement Manager to strengthen and develop our Quantity Surveying and procurement functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing commercial and procurement activities across a range of interior fit-out projects in the corporate and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial fit-out industry and be confident managing costs, contracts, supplier relationships, and procurement strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial and procurement activities for multiple interior fit-out projects
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Providing commercial and procurement guidance to project teams

Requirements
