We seek a talented professional to connect people, capital and ideas to help solve problems for clients.

The ideal candidate will provide investment banking, securities and investment management services to a substantial and diversified client base.

This role will be based in Singapore and focused on the Equities business within Global Banking and Markets (GBM).

This individual will provide advice and assistance to traders and sales people on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters across Equities.

  • Providing legal counsel to the Prime business and other equities businesses in the region as needed;
  • Advising on regulatory matters impacting the Equities business;
  • Assisting with related agreements and other documentation;

Main responsibilities include:
