Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Job Description\

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee the management of commercial properties, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve:

  • Confirming that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring regular property inspections occur to identify maintenance needs and recommend alterations.
  • Responding to tenant needs, resolving administrative and building staff issues, and escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting space walks, and coordinating with tenant improvement departments.
  • Collecting rent and paying expenses according to lease terms.
  • Reconciling tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Building/Facilities/Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial property management.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information to make judgments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
