Technical Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure infrastructure systems, network devices, desktop, mobile devices, and other remote devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Draft and update technical documentation such as administration and user guides.
  • Provide technical support to both local and overseas branches' users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
  • Source for product solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
  • Participate as a team lead or member in projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or Certification in CCNA.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support.
  • Proficient in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services.
  • Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall.
Estimated Salary

$SGD 4,200 - $6,000 per month (depending on experience)
