At IQ-EQ, we are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert Leader to join our team.
As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing junior team members and ensuring the quality of their work. Your primary responsibility will be to review and draft compliance documents, frameworks, and templates, covering all aspects of regulatory compliance.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a financial services regulatory compliance role or with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Experience relating to the fund management industry will be preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and summarising MAS publications and regulatory updates. You will also develop training programs and have opportunities to provide training to clients.
To be successful in this position, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight timelines. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred, but not required.
If you have the ability to speak and read Chinese, it would be an advantage due to business needs.
