Project Leader Position

Are you an experienced project leader with a passion for delivering large-scale projects? Do you have a strong background in architectural design and construction?

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations;
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed to the required standard;
  • Manage and mitigate risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in project leadership or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other construction technology tools;
