Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Printing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of printing services.

  • This includes carrying out heavy-duty printing tasks for staff, such as printing / photocopy / laminating worksheets, exam papers, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the school staff for school / students' use.
  • You will also assist the General Office (GO) in reception counter duties and support GO in general duties such as paper and stationery supply management, data management and data entry, archiving and disposal of old documents etc.
Responsibilities:
  1. To carry out heavy-duty printing services for all staff including printing / photocopy / laminating worksheets, exam papers, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the school staff for school / students' use.
  2. To assist the school General Office (GO) in reception counter duties
  3. To support GO in general duties such as paper and stationery supply management, data management and data entry, archiving and disposal of old documents etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum secondary education that is able to perform the job functions.
  • Prior experience in printing and simple administrative duties.
  • Able to communicate and write in English.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Able to perform voluminous printing / photocopying / laminating work.
  • Able to independently operate and adept with various office machines especially heavy-duty copiers, risograph, collator, binding machine and laminating machine and can troubleshoot minor issues with office machines.
  • A team player with pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to multitask.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
