Job Title: Storage Infrastructure Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Storage Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing enterprise storage systems to meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient storage architectures to support business growth and expansion.
  • Configure and manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection and disaster recovery compliance.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system security configurations.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and optimize resource allocation across environments.
  • Perform system and storage capacity planning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Automate storage, server, and backup tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT infrastructure, storage, and backup projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in storage engineering, server administration, and backup solution management.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise storage technologies (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, IBM).
  • Proficiency with enterprise backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup).
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise in Windows Server and Linux system administration.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with hybrid cloud storage and backup environments (Azure, AWS).
