Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Java Software Architect to lead our technical endeavors. This key role will be responsible for spearheading the development of software solutions, ensuring they meet high standards and are aligned with business objectives.

This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

  • Develop software architecture designs that meet business needs and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java/J2EE technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
