Westside Emergency is a dedicated veterinary emergency and critical care service. We offer full-time positions for experienced veterinary nurses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admission & triage of emergency patients
  • Forward planning and providing direct and individualized patient care for critically ill patients
  • Performing diagnostics and treatments
  • Plan and perform anesthesia for ill or unstable patients
  • Record all care information concisely and accurately
  • Work directly under the guidance and support of veterinarians and senior nurses
  • Liaise knowledgeably and accurately with staff and clients
  • General Housekeeping

About You:

We are searching for an experienced emergency nurse who possesses the ability to multitask and work well as a team in an often fast-paced environment. Referral hospital experience is preferable, but a strong general practice background is looked highly upon.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' full-time experience in veterinary general practice post-qualification
  • Certificate IV or diploma in veterinary nursing or equivalent
  • Singaporean/PRs only may apply due to MOM quota restrictions
  • A professional and positive demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently with initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Interest in emergency critical care medicine
