PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer, Supply Chain to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategy and objectives, ensuring quality and timely service delivery to all clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in developing and executing business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the Supply Chain Operations team in managing procurement and logistics activities, including strategic planning, business development, and personnel management.
- Oversee the management and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the performance management unit.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement processes and opportunities within the Operations team, in coordination with other departments.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across supply chain operations.
- Serve as a key liaison with clients on procurement, fulfillment, and logistics issues.
- Provide regular progress and status reports to the Managing Director and other stakeholders.
- Support the Managing Director in fostering and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
- Represent supply chain operations to clients and partners, including participating in vendor meetings.
- Lead and empower the supply chain operations managers to promote operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree holder in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the Healthcare/Lifescience/Medical industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing operations and stakeholders at all levels.
