Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled test engineer to develop and implement comprehensive test plans for digital, power management, RF, and mixed signal integrated circuits.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop test hardware load boards and probe cards
    • Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities
    • Debug digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature)
    • Contribute to production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction
    • Operate automatic wafer probers and test handlers

Requirements:

  • Graduates from reputable universities with a degree in electronics/electrical engineering or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics, with the ability to write scripts using Python desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Result-oriented and willingness to learn
