Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Operations professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our people-first culture. Key Responsibilities
As the HR Generalist and Operations professional, you will be responsible for:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Managing full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
    • Conducting new employee orientations and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
    • Assisting in the development of job descriptions and maintaining accurate records of employment offers and contracts.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
    • Assisting in conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing improvement initiatives.
    • Facilitating employee disciplinary processes and performance management.
    • Organizing and brainstorming team bonding events to foster a strong startup culture and growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administering and tracking employee compensation, benefits programs, and annual reviews.
    • Assisting in researching and benchmarking compensation trends to ensure competitive salary structures.
    • Acting as a liaison between employees and benefit providers, helping to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensuring compliance with all local employment laws.
    • Maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate documentation of personnel files and HR-related documentation.
    • Assisting in the development, review, and update of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assisting in identifying employee development needs and creating training programs to foster skill enhancement.
    • Coordinating and tracking employee training programs and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
    • Supporting succession planning initiatives.
  • HR Data and Reporting:
    • Maintaining HR data in relevant systems and generating reports for management.
    • Tracking key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field with at least 2 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
  • Candidates from the finance, banking, technology sector are preferred. Candidates with experience working in a HR start-up role or a small company that is expanding quickly are welcome.
