Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global compliance efforts. As Head of Compliance, you will oversee and expand our compliance function, ensuring seamless collaboration with Legal, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and senior stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy globally, encompassing Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Bureau products.
- Oversee license applications, maintenance, and annual audits, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Drive compliance projects, including bureau-related workstreams, partnerships, and data acquisition requirements, fostering operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Legal to interpret laws and regulations, designing frameworks and execution plans that align with business objectives.
- Partner with the Group DPO to ensure data protection, privacy, and data processing policies are aligned and effective.
- Lead local compliance teams, driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant and resilient.
- A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in compliance, preferably within financial services or related technology sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT, data privacy, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage compliance across multiple jurisdictions, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.
- A hands-on, results-driven approach, combined with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
