Job Title: Solutions Manager

Role Overview:

    As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Telecom and Government ICT solutioning.

    Your primary objective will be to develop high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements and ensure timely submission.

    You will work closely with Sales to understand customer needs, business environment, and complexity, formulating bid win strategies and value propositions for proposals.

    Additionally, you will manage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial terms, ensuring bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines.

    Key responsibilities include working with Pricing Managers to establish pricing structures that meet business/corporate target margins, conducting sales engagement to closure, and building business cases and presenting proposals to management.

    A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the ICT/Telecom industry or pricing roles is advantageous.

    Certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), Aruba (ACCP, ACMP, ACDP, ACSP), Fortinet (NSE4 and above), CheckPoint, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, CISSP are preferred but not essential.

    The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills, with experience in doing High-Level Design and Low-Level Design for various ICT solutions.

    Understanding of Microsoft O365, Exchange, on-premise AD, and Azure AD is highly desirable.
