Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Karaoke F&B Service Crew/Supervisor to join our team as a key contributor to our operations. As a F&B Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage POS system: Ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  • Preparation of daily sales report: Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Monitor proper ordering & receiving of goods: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Inventory management: Conduct regular stocktakes, monitor inventory levels, and optimize storage space to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Provide a professional and friendly customer service: Greet and attend to customers, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting in general operations: Participate in staff training, support colleagues during peak periods, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a F&B environment: Demonstrate expertise in F&B operations, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills: Effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, resolving conflicts and addressing issues efficiently.
