Job Title:
Senior Executive Job Description:
  • As a Senior Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for campaigns and activities at our supermarket stores to uplift the brand equity and drive shopper traffic and engagement. The goal is to support the business in achieving its revenue, transactions, and profit objectives.
  • You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally to help develop and deliver campaigns and in-store activations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, manage, and execute multiple campaign initiatives across different timelines with accountability on program execution against tight deadlines.
  2. Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring effective and accurate in-store communications.
  3. Work closely with internal departments, creative/ media agencies, and external vendors on the creation of marketing deliverables.
  4. Propose marketing initiatives to support new or renovated stores, helping to drive sales ROI.
  5. Grow and manage our Supermarket Facebook closed group to ensure high web traffic and customer engagement.
  6. Conduct robust post-campaign reports.
  7. Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders' requirements are accounted for.
  8. Manage and be accountable for campaign performance.
  9. Support the team in major festive campaigns that run across formats.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working with creative and media agencies in conceptualizing and running campaigns.
  • Possess both a creative and analytical mind.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized in approach to work.
  • Able to navigate well in ambiguity and work independently.
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate, and multi-task.
  • Excellent business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and go to stores to seek improvements for campaign execution.
  • FMCG/ Retail experience would be preferred.
