Job Title: Development Executive
">- Schedule and oversee the development and production of card game products.
- Liaise with Japanese companies for the development and production of card game products.
- Translate and localize products from Japanese to English.
- Proofread localized text and product designs.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage the development process for card game products, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
- Build strong relationships with Japanese partners to facilitate successful collaboration.
- Translate and adapt products for the English-speaking market, maintaining cultural sensitivity and accuracy.
- Review and refine localized content to ensure consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
">- At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese, both written and oral, to liaise with Japanese-speaking associates daily and translate documents.
- Strong schedule management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with games or anime, showcasing creativity and passion.
- Adept at working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
- Effective decision-making skills and strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges promptly.
- Open to working on weekends/public holidays for company events and traveling overseas for business trips when required.
