As a seasoned culinary educator, you will be responsible for leading and conducting cooking classes with passion and expertise. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cooking studio, ensuring a clean and productive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality cooking classes with enthusiasm and knowledge.
  • Oversight of daily studio operations, guaranteeing efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in the studio.
  • Proactively manage food costs and identify areas for improvement to minimize waste.
  • Prepare ingredients and tools in advance, ensuring punctuality and readiness for classes.
  • Present curriculum content effectively and engagingly.
  • Monitor and enhance student satisfaction through personalized support and coaching.
  • Propose improvements to course implementation while adhering to guidelines and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., culinary arts).
  • Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cooking class delivery and coaching skills.
  • Showcase ability to devise recipes and maintain culinary standards.
  • Relevant experience in specialized cuisines (e.g., Korean, Asian) is an asset.
