Operations Settlements Manager

Seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Specialist within a dynamic organization.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of settlement experience in alternative investment funds, with a strong focus on equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives. This includes processing trade confirmations and settlements, liaising with custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties to resolve trade disputes and discrepancies.
A key aspect of this role will be performing asset servicing and corporate actions, including proxy voting. Additionally, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for reconciliations of accounts, securities holdings, and resolving breaks.
In addition, they will collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy of fund records and accounting. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 1 year of settlement experience in alternative investments funds – public credit and equity
