Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead a repair team in fulfilling ship repair jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to complete repairs on ships afloat or at shipyard">
  • Perform maintenance, service, and repair of mechanical equipment on board ships, including diesel engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, turbochargers, etc.">
  • Troubleshoot all mechanical equipment on board vessels">
  • Plan and execute repair jobs in the most cost-effective method">
  • Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and cleanliness in the workshop">
  • Attend to vessels in dry dock as assigned by project manager">
  • Carry out retrofit jobs for new equipment installation on board vessels">
  • Train new joined workers">
  • Follow safety protocols with the team">

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience">
  • Able to read drawings and write reports using PC or tablet">
