Business Development Manager

Accelerate growth in the security and surveillance industry by leveraging sales leadership, key account management, and technical engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue expansion across the SEA Region through strategic partnerships and new business development.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities and accounts that align with company goals.
  • Lead Proof of Concept initiatives to showcase solution capabilities and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • possess at least 5 years' experience in IP video surveillance with proven success in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrate solid background in installation, commissioning, and running POCs independently.
  • Exhibit ability to build trusted client relationships and close large, complex deals.

Technical Expertise:
  • Deliver persuasive technical presentations and demos to prospects and clients.
  • Support installation, configuration, and commissioning activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess strong working knowledge of Milestone and/or Genetec platforms.
