Job Title: Private Banking Compliance Specialist

This is a 1-year contract position that requires the candidate to have excellent knowledge of AML/CFT standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the front office in ensuring timely and compliant client onboarding processes.
  • Review and assess onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate any deficiencies or red flags in client Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers to clarify submissions and obtain supporting documentation as needed.
  • Provide guidance to RMs on KYC best practices and support them in meeting submission standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Compliance/KYC/AML within Private Banking.
